Mailing paperwork is helpful for our dealers, especially when visiting offices isn’t an option.

Setting it Up

Getting set up is simple. The first step is to present us with a completed ACH agreement and a copy of a voided check. Once this process is complete, dealers can mail in their work for processing instead of having to visit the office. We provide a mailing address and use whichever carrier each dealer prefers. Some choose to overnight the paperwork, while others opt for regular postage. Either way, the paperwork comes to us. Once we receive the package and determine that every piece of required paperwork is there, we immediately start processing the work.

Contactless and Safe

Our dealers have taken advantage of mail-in processing to avoid unnecessary contact. Keeping customers safe is our priority, and this service has helped us maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff. We process work on the day of arrival or the following day. When the work is complete, we notify the dealer and take a payment before mailing out their work. This solution keeps our customers and staff safe while simplifying the paperwork filing process.
