FAST PROCESSING FOR FLORIDA DEALERS
Discover fast and reliable title processes with OATA. With our excellent full service staff OATA can typically get paperwork processed and completed in one visit.
We'll Guide You
Our team of trained Full Service professionals guides dealers through the titling process. Most have years of experience in the industry. We go over errors we discover in dealer paperwork with each dealer. Dealers have a short wait time, if any, before they’re back at the office.
We make sure dealers have all necessary paperwork before we begin processing. To do this, we supply a list of required items. If a dealer misses an item, they can bring it in later to proceed with the processing. Most dealers know what to bring for successful and efficient processing, but we gladly guide dealers who need help.
This is just one of many things that separates OATA from the competition. We answer dealer questions and provide an overall easier experience than other offices.
DROP-OFF WORK
One of many ways OATA satisfies the need for easy, stress-free title processing is with drop-off processing. This type of processing allows dealers to gather paperwork and leave it with us, then pick it up at a time that’s convenient for them. Dealers can get ahead of processing tasks and ensure processing work gets done without waiting in line at the local tag office.
Focus on Your Business
Dealers can focus on day-to-day business while we process their work. Once it’s completed, we contact dealers to come pick up their paperwork and proceed with the payment process. That’s just one of many things that makes OATA different.
MAIL-IN PROCESSING
Mailing paperwork is helpful for our dealers, especially when visiting offices isn’t an option.
Setting it Up
Contactless and Safe
Some dealers take advantage of mail-in processing to avoid unnecessary contact. Keeping customers safe is our priority, and this service has helped us maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff. We process work on the day of arrival or the following day. When the work is complete, we notify the dealer and take a payment before mailing out their work. This solution keeps our customers and staff safe while simplifying the paperwork filing process.
ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEMS (EFS)
The fastest way to communicate with our dealers is through digital means. Our electronic filing system (EFS) also streamlines the process while maintaining a safe work environment.
How it Works
Using our EFS services is simple. Dealers scan in titles and other paperwork, and a clerk processes it for them. This saves dealers the stress of having to leave their customers behind.
Because the work is processed online, dealers can see the completion status or find out if information is missing. If everything is correct, they’ll be granted access to print labels and temporary tags immediately. Dealers are provided hard tags with printable labels. All they have to do is input the plate they would like to use and store the information so OATA can later match the plate with the paperwork scanned in.
EFS Training
OATA will work with the dealer’s preferred EFS vendor and train dealership staff on how to use their website. We send a trained professional to go over all the features and demonstrate the proper use of the EFS system. Once the training is complete, the dealer chooses whether they would like to continue using EFS or have their work done in office.
We are proud to provide EFS, which has been a great option for those looking for contactless options.
I NEED FULL SERVICE
Full Service is another term for processing. Here at OATA, we take pride in our Full Service team, most of whom have years of experience. We have a wide range of bilingual employees, so we’re able to communicate with a variety of people who need our services.
How it Works
Our Full Service process is simple. The dealer signs in to enter the waiting line, and when their name is called, they present their paperwork to the title clerk. If our clerks find mistakes, dealers have the chance to fix them. This saves dealers repeat trips to our office.
Helpful Full Service Staff
The biggest advantage of working with a clerk is access to a professional who can answer questions about paperwork. New and established dealers alike benefit from this, with new methods and laws always being updated. Working with a clerk helps dealers stay informed on the correct methods of doing paperwork.
