New Dealer

OATA makes it easy for new dealers to get title work done, whether in our office or from the comfort of their own. Dealers who visit in person can wait in office or drop off the paperwork and return at a later time. OATA contacts dealers to pick up their work when it’s complete.

Along with convenient in-person options, OATA offers remote filing through mailing in paperwork or using an electronic filing system. We also handle express work if you’re on a tight deadline. No matter which paperwork filing option you choose, OATA helps you get more done in less time.

Why Dealers Choose OATA

Discover why OATA should be the default option.

Remote Filing Options

Don’t want to come to one of our offices in person? Are you outside of our local area? Mail in your paperwork or submit it digitally using our electronic filing system. We walk you through registering for our electronic filing system in minutes so you can start filing paperwork from the convenience of your own office.

Simple Drop-off Process

When you drop off your work, you’ll receive a notice when your work gets into our teams’ hands. Live status updates are accessible to customers at any time online at our Real-Time Tracking page, where you can check the status of previously delivered work and see how far along it is in the process.

Electronic Filing System

Our electronic filing system makes digital submissions a secure and streamlined process. First, we’ll walk you through how to register. We then supply you with unregistered license plates and blank decal stickers. From the convenience of your office, register customers’ cars and supply them with temporary tags or issue them new ones. Just scan the paperwork and send it over to our offices using our online system.

Express Work

Sometimes, work needs to be done on a tight timeline. When we receive express work, the clerks at OATA immediately review it and note any corrections that need to be made. We then send back a notice stating what’s missing or needs correction. Once everything is within compliance the work will be submitted, and we’ll make sure the work is completed on the agency’s end so you can get more done in less time.
