Beginning from a humble 4 employees barely a handful of years ago and growing to a team of 30+, we’ve certainly faced many challenges and obstacles. Growing pains! But through it all, we’ve been so fortunate to have some of the kindest, genuine people in the world step up to the plate and help OATA become a leader in the industry. We owe it to them to have their best interest in mind and that has become a priority in our brand. As we grow our impact, it is essential we also continue to expand our platform to grow the people who have been so integral to the foundation of the business. Whether that’s through constantly creating opportunities, facilitating team activities, or giving back to the community together – we know as a group, we can be more than a DMV.
