At OATA, we’re committed to making title processing as easy and hassle-free as possible. One of the many ways we do this is through our next-day processing service tier following a first-in, first-out approach.
This convenient option allows dealers to drop off or mail in their paperwork, then pick it up at their convenience—no waiting in line required. It’s a simple, efficient way to stay ahead of processing tasks while ensuring your work is handled quickly and accurately.
Enhanced Communication for Seamless Processing
Our designated IDS team will keep lines of communication open with every dealer—regardless of location. This ensures we maintain the highest standards of customer service while creating a sense of urgency to get paperwork processed and returned quickly.
Dealers can stay focused on daily operations while we handle the processing. Once complete, we notify the dealer for pickup or mail-out completed work back to you. If we identify any errors or missing information, we promptly reach out—allowing the dealer to correct the issue without losing their place in line.
Unlike most tag offices, we prioritize follow-up and communication. It’s just one of the many ways OATA stands apart.
Mail-in Processing
All work mailed to OATA will be processed under our next-day service tier. Please send all paperwork to our central processing facility:

Be sure to include all required documents along with the completed cover sheet. Once processing is complete, we will return your paperwork using the return shipping label you provide. If no label is included, we can provide one with tracking for an additional $15.00.
