Our Responsibilities

• We will complete and submit all required paperwork to the appropriate department to ensure accurate processing of your title and registration

• All original documents, along with submission receipt, will be returned to you

• A knowledgeable clerk will be available via telephone and email during business hours to address any title and registration inquiries

 Your Responsibilities

• Collect the original signatures and documents from the consumer

• Provide us with the original documents, organized by transaction

• Provide us access and dedicated login credentials for your preferred EFS vendor, if applicable

• Remit full payment to us or through your EFS vendor

Our team can complete lien adds, duplicate titles, out of state titles, lost titles, and individual or state transfers, allowing you to skip the lines at the DMV. It’s just like having your own title clerk process all your paperwork — quick and easy with no rejections or compliance worries.

The process is simple. The dealer collects signatures on power of attorney and odometer disclosure. Our Full Service clerks fill out all required paperwork and submits accurate and complete documentation to the appropriate government agency no later than three days after receipt of documents. Once it’s completed, our team will return originals and receipts to you.

Additional training and support is available upon request. The highly trained Full Service Team can work within your company’s internal titling process or use our existing processes to streamline your title work.
